50% of TigerHead Toys’ staff is female. TigerHead was born 3 years ago and since then our team has not stopped growing and we are proud of it. After the latest additions to the Marketing Department, we are pleased to say that the number of women in the TigerHead Toys team has already reached half of the total in the last year, by combining the offices in Hong Kong and Valencia. In our commitment to improving processes in order to achieve our objectives, we ensure equality and diversity as values of development of our activity. We work with the example of equal opportunities for all, this week and all year round.
